After laying hens enter the egg-laying period, the key is in the peak egg-laying period, the nutrients obtained are mainly used for laying eggs and weight gain, this stage is not suitable for immunization and insect repellent.

2.The amount of water a hen drinks depends on the egg-laying rate and seasonal variations. At 21 degrees Celsius, every 1% increase in egg-laying rate requires an additional 7% increase on the premise of 150 ml of water per day. If the egg-laying rate reaches 50%, the amount of water to drink will be 180 ml to 220 ml. When the egg production rate is increased by 20%, the amount of water needed will increase by 30 milliliters to 50 milliliters. If laying hens were kept out of water for 24 hours, the egg production rate would be reduced by 30%, and it would take another 30 days or so to resume laying after drinking water. Special attention should be paid to the level of drinking water for laying hens in line with national health standards.

Drugs such as sulfonamides, Olin, furans, chlortetracycline and other drugs must be banned during the peak period of egg production.
