The chickens must drink water every day, so the waterline should be used every day. In the process of use, the farmers must master the correct The use of the method can play a role and attention to equipment maintenance can extend the life of the equipment, now the broiler cage manufacturers to talk about the use and maintenance of the broiler cage water line.

1. Normal use of water line: open the valve to raise the chicken water line, observe the water pressure gauge to raise the chicken water line working pressure is 0.2-0.3MPA, slowly rotate the bottom screw of the pressure regulator to make the water level display tube water level rise, at the same time The hand presses the nipple to discharge the air from the water pipe to the door next to the chicken water line regulator; when the chicken is broiled in one half of the house, it can be closed to prevent winter cracking.

2. Height adjustment: adjust the height and level of the chicken water line in time through the delivery lifting system and adjusting the rope block. The optimal height of the chicken water line is very important for the growth of poultry. (Excessive or too low will lead to poultry. Skeleton deformation is not conducive to the growth of poultry. The height of the drinking water system should be carefully adjusted every day. The chicks are at an angle of 35-45 degrees with the ground. As the chicken grows, the chicken back and the ground form 75-85 degrees. The height of the nipple drinking system should ensure that the chickens drink water when they are cocked. The small amount of drinking water may also be the nipple dripping caused by the low water line of the chicken.

3. Flushing the chicken water line: You must open the ball valve at the end of the chicken water line, open the back flushing ball valve at the top of the regulator, and hit the front end of the chicken water line to the recoil chicken line. It must be rinsed once a day, and must be flushed two hours after each dosing to prevent blockage of the water pipe. Backflushing is necessary, and a single strip is washed to observe the cleanliness of the water flushed from the water pipe. Generally, for more than 15 minutes, the end ball valve must be opened to prevent the water pressure from suddenly increasing and damage the connector.
